Chelford travelled to the picturesque Barrow and with skipper Hash Vora winning the toss; had no hesitation in opting to bat .

Chris Fenn and Micheal Dickenson added 40 in 10 overs before Fenn surrended for 27.Nittin Srivastava entered the fray and took the score to 83 before Dickenson went for a measured 26.  As the runrate was increased wickets fell, Andrew Duffy made a sparkling 32 from 38 balls and Srivastava was out trying to push on for an impressive 57 . Chelford declared in the 41st over with 184-6 on the scoreboard . A good total on a pitch which was a little two paced.

In reply Barrow reached 28 before Krish Bhardwa made the breakthrough in the ninth over . This opened the floodgates and Barrow capitulated for a paltry 55. Krish Bhardwa bowled beautifully taking 3-25 from 11 overs.  At the other end Zaheer Khan was again superb ripping through the Barrow batting line up taking 6-22 from 13 overs.
